March 2008: UX Trends for 2008
Jeremy Johnson, from Sabre PSD Customer Experience, provided an overview of recent trends affecting 2008, based upon his recent trip to some conferences. We ended up having 40 people at the meeting in the Southlake offices of Sabre.
